Helloo everyone! I hope you've all been enjoying the holidays I've been watching a lot of Supersize vs. Superskinny and the Biggest Loser, so I couldn't resist making this little doohickey I'm pretty clueless when it comes to eating healthy (lots of fruits and vegetables, right?? ), so please don't take this too literally! A lot of people look for some specially-formulated, laboratory-born diet that magically lets them lose weight, or have nice skin, or whatever it is they want... so that's why the little foods are in the test tube. Or, as kasuka-chan succinctly put it, "No matter what kind of laboratory-formulated 'miracle' drug people try, there's no substitute for a healthy diet." There are, of course, exceptions of serious medical conditions that require certain drugs to treat. I'm not dismissing the fact that medication is often necessary, just the ones that promise something ridiculous (like losing 30 lbs in a week).
From top to bottom: chicken breast, tuna, salmon, cheese, almonds, cashews, pecans, black beans, eggs, eggplant, carrots, sweet potato, avocado, broccoli, grapes, bananas, oranges, tomatoes, pear, noodles, brown rice, and some sort of whole grain bread. I didn't include milk because the carton/jug would've looked out of place.
Sorry it's a bit blurry-- I couldn't hold my hand still
